ShyftU™ Podcast
Where clinical insight, lived experience, and
divine design come into alignment.
ShyftU™ began as a space for reflection—shaped by personal experience, real-time growth, and the recognition that what we carry is not just physical, but emotional and spiritual.
Over time, that understanding deepened.
As a board-certified urogynecologist, I began to see patterns—how stress, pressure, and the demands of life show up in the body, often in ways that are overlooked or misunderstood.
But those patterns are not random. They reflect how we are living—what we are carrying—
and where we are out of alignment.
Each episode brings that full lens forward. This is not just about wellness. And it’s not just about personal growth. It’s about understanding what’s happening in your body, discerning what it’s connected to, and learning how to respond—physically, mentally, and spiritually—with clarity and intention.

You’ve felt it—even if you haven’t named it.
There are moments when everything looks fine on the surface—but something in your body feels unsettled.
You’re still functioning. Still showing up. But there’s tension. Fatigue. Irritation. A sense that something isn’t fully resolving.
Often, it’s dismissed.
Pushed through.
Explained away.
But the body doesn’t respond without reason.
What you’re experiencing is not random.
It reflects how you’re living, what you’re carrying, and where something may be out of alignment—physically, mentally, or spiritually.
This is where the work begins.
From a Physician's Perspective
In clinical practice, these patterns don’t appear randomly.
They reflect how the body adapts over time—especially under sustained stress, pressure, and demand.
As a physician, I’ve seen how physical symptoms are often addressed individually, even when they are part of a broader pattern—one shaped by how a person is living, what they’re carrying, and how long they’ve been carrying it.
When that pattern is understood, the approach changes.
SHYFT HAPPENS BLOG
Not everything shows up clearly in
conversation. Some patterns require space to be seen, understood, and fully processed.
Shyft Happens is where those patterns are examined more closely—through a lens that brings together clinical understanding, lived experience, and spiritual discernment.
Here, we break down what’s often overlooked:
how the body responds,
what it may be connected to,
and what it requires in order to shift.
This is not surface-level reflection. It’s a deeper look at the internal, relational, and behavioral patterns that shape how you function—so you can begin to respond with clarity, intention, and alignment.
